I’m here to help you work through life’s toughest challenges with warmth, humor, and care. Life can feel overwhelming, like carrying a heavy load of trauma, anxiety, or depression. But here, we focus on creating a space where you can release that weight and step into clarity and calm.

Just like a sauna offers a place to release toxins and relax your body, this is a space for your mind to do the same. Let’s work together to untangle the challenges and rediscover the best version of you.

I specialize in helping individuals process their experiences and reclaim their peace using a tailored blend of therapeutic approaches. Whether it’s Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process trauma, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to find balance, mindfulness to stay grounded, strengths-based techniques to empower you, or traditional psychotherapy to explore and heal, my goal is to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to be.

FAQ

  • First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine if this is a good fit for you. Consultations typically last 10-20 minutes and give you a chance to see if you feel comfortable moving forward with me as your therapist.

  • I currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Cigna

  • My standard session fee is $200, but I understand that financial circumstances can vary. To make therapy accessible, I offer a sliding scale:

    • Low tier - $100

    • Mid tier - $140

    • High tier - $180

    You choose any amount within the $100-$200 range that feels most comfortable for you, no questions asked. My goal is to ensure that cost isn’t a barrier to getting the support you need.

  • I only offer teletherapy sessions and I am currently licensed out of NY, but looking to expand to other states in the near future.
